Day 1:
Breakfast & Lunch are easy {toast/fruit/rice/yogurt}
Dinner {we had a spaghetti dinner night, so I just pre-cooked the sauce and separated out enough for myself to set aside before I added the hamburger for everyone else} Simple, I totally got this!
Changes No changes yet, but I am excited for Friday night. I am hosting a Veggie Dinner party with a few girls to try out my vegetarian lasagna & drink wine...lots of wine
Day 2:
Breakfast & Lunch again, easy {Bagel/yogurt/carrots/cheese/steamed cauliflower}
Dinner is actually easier then I thought it would be {Cheese ravioli with marinara/salad/garlic bread} and wine of course!
Changes The only difference that I felt was the ease of cooking dinner, I realized that meat prep is so time consuming. I was also a bit hungrier than usual before dinner, but that may have been that I didn't eat anything of much sustenance throughout the day.
Day 3:
Breakfast  simple snacks throughout the day are {Granola bars/string cheese/yogurt/fruit}
Lunch my new favorite food to pack for work is the single serving microwavable rice/steamed vegetables {brown rice/cauliflower w/cheese sauce}
Dinner ummm, my favorite, stuffed shells {Large shells stuffed with ricotta cheese/spinach/mozzarella}
Changes craving salt, I had an urge to grab a piece of sliced turkey breast, but raw avocado with salt did just fine 
Day 4:
Breakfast & Lunch {toast & peanut butter/avocado}
Dinner Yey...Girls night, can't argue with dinner, girl talk, and wine {Veggie lasagna/salad/garlic bread}
Midnight Snack my husband is so sweet, so cute to see him so aware of my recent diet change {English muffin/blackberry jam/fried egg} best sandwich ever!!!
Changes having to eat without a planned meal is kinda hard, all the snacks or on the go things I usually eat have some meat in them.
Day 5:
Breakfast last nights snack was so good that we decided to do it again {English muffin/blackberry jam/fried egg} we did add some peanut butter this time
Lunch this was a bit tricky at Aaron's house, most of his food consists of freezer pizza rolls (non vegetarian) so I got creative {Mac-n-cheese/salsa chips} really good but weird
Dinner I had to run to my house quick to grab left overs, easy reheat before heading to a friends for the UFC fight {veggie lasagna/garlic bread} 
Midnight Snack ok, more like a 3am snack {cheese quesadilla}
Changes this may be TMI but, ok too much cheese! lol
Day 6:
Breakfast thank god for Brittany & Eric and mimosas {breakfast burrito w/egg/potatoes} just what I needed after a long night of drinking, Thanks guys for the special veggie order!! Ur the Best :)
Lunch skipped lunch to sleep....ahhhhhhh!
Dinner snack night {minestrone soup/cottage cheese/crackers} was still too tired to eat much
Changes I have started to miss my favorite meat dishes, Aaron made his yummy chili and I was sad I couldn't have any :(
Day 7:
Breakfast & Lunch I have noticed when I'm at work my Breakfast/Lunch merges together {yogurt/salad w/avocado/feta cheese}
Dinner  left overs {veggie lasagna}
Day 8:
Lunch yey lunch date with my hubby {senor veggie burrito/chips/salsa} ummmmm
Dinner  when planning dinner Aaron says in such a sweet voice "Can you separate out your food and then add some chicken to mine?" Yes, honey you are so cute! {Steamed asparagus/white shells n`cheddar w/corn}
Changes temptation is a B****! Please just one bite of chicken! And I don't even like chicken.
Day 9:
Breakfast on the run of course {peanut butter toast}
Lunch 2nd lunch date with the hubby @ Pie hole {basil&red peeper pizza/salad}
Dinner snack night {stuffed mushrooms}
Changes I have actually noticed a loss of appetite, is that because I'm eating more nutritious food?!? I need to check to see if I have lost weight!
Day 10: Oops forgot a day!
Breakfast & Lunch kinda hungry today, probably because I didn't have a real dinner..oops {peanut butter toast/stuffed mushrooms/salad} I also brought left over lasagna for a later lunch
Dinner & movie night was kibosh'd due to a sick kid so we ordered in {veggie pizza}
Changes I have been cooking a ton of food that only I eat, so I have lots of leftovers! Meals are so easy but I have to get creative so Aaron & Autumn will eat them.
Day 12:Breakfast cooking for the fam on a Saturday morn is the best {fried potatoes/toast} and bacon for the meat eaters
Lunch panda express is not very good at all as a vegetarian {chow main/steamed veggies/veggie spring rolls} so disappointing :( 
Dinner Cheese Cake Factory for date night {alfredo pasta w/steamed asparagus/mushrooms/tomatoes} so good, thank you to the vegetarian waitress to inform me the the regular garlic noodles are made with chicken stalk!
Changes  I LOST 5 LBS!!!!!!
Day 13: Oops forgot a day!
Day 14: Happy Valentines Day :)
Breakfast ugh really long night with a (still) sick child no time for food {2 tall cups of coffee}
Lunch  left overs again {pasta w/broccoli/carrots/cauliflower/corn} and I brought a snack {avocado}
Dinner V-day request from the fam {spaghetti/garlic bread} original but good!!!
Changes Aaron has been so sweet and supportive! Even thought he does not have any desire to try to become vegetarian he has been so encouraging and conscious of my new commitment. He is so sweet while trying to help plan meals/snacks that can accommodate both of us as well as giving lots of kudos for my dedication! Even though he chose to go the Chandlers Steak house for his B-Day dinner.....ummm I will be drooling over his steak!!! :( {Thanks for the support Aaron}
Day 15:Breakfast
Lunch not too hungry at lunch, good thing because my avocado had a big bad spot {1/2 avocado}
Dinner Aaron feed Autumn left over spaghetti so I did a snack night {cheerios}
Changes I have noticed that I have not been snacking during the day and I have also not been as tired.
Day 16: Happy Birthday Aaron!!
Breakfast early wake up for Aaron to {coffee/bagel}
Lunch {minestrone soup}
Dinner Chandlers for dinner {Salad/Potatoes Aug Rotten/Asparagus}
Changes thank goodness I have learned t read labels, my first lunch choice was vegetable soup until I realized it was made with chicken broth.
Day 17:
Breakfast skipped breakfast, just on the go
Lunch I brought a mango and my left over asparagus from chandlers but my mango was rotten so good thing I had some frozen veggies in the freezer {steamed cauliflower/asparagus} 
Dinner soooo hungry by the time I got off work I did drive though (DQ) {Veggie quesadilla/onion rings}
Changes my new diet has rubbed off on Autumn. She ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but unfortunately they gave her a cheese burger. I thought nothing of it until she immediately picked the meat patty out and said that she didn't want it because she was vegetarian like me.
Day 18:
Breakfast & Lunch just snacks {soup}
Dinner Sushi dinner with the Holloway's..yes! {veggie rolls/spicy cucumber/cucumber&avocado} umm so good!
Changes UGH sick...this sux
Day 19:
Breakfast {egg/english muffin}
Lunch {chips/guacamole} Autumn did tell me that she liked my guacamole but it wasn't as good as Papa's.
Dinner after a late movie we had a quick dinner {Mac n` Cheese}
Changes craving fried food...ugh
Day 20:
Breakfast {egg/english muffin}
Lunch ummm local made raspberry jam {PBJ/strawberries}
Dinner were all still sick so we kept it simple {grilled cheese/cottage cheese} chicken soup for Aaron
Changes still keeping in a low weight category! Exciting!
Day 21:
Breakfast & Lunch so sick today I tried to eat but it made me sick {avocado}
Dinner feeling a bit better after a dose of every cold medicine in the cabinet {veggie sandwich/chips&salsa}
Changes still really sick, it wont go away but I still have energy!
Day 22:
Breakfast {gatorade/sudafed} please may this head pressure go away!?!
Lunch soup day for the sick one {cheddar/broccoli soup/french bread}
Dinner Titty Tuesday!!!! Had to bring a friend pizza for dinner! {veggie pizza}
Changes I have found a new love! Veggie Pizza...sooooo good!
Day 23:
Breakfast manager meeting for work, breakfast provided by Starbucks&vendor {coffee/banana bread}
Lunch again provided by vendor&Jimmy subs {veggie sub/chips/cookie} ummm sprouts :)
Dinner still so full from my sub sandwich we snacked {crackers/cottage cheese}
Changes no better time than now for a work out! Finally I got my butt in the gym for a 1mile run and 2mile bike ride followed by some abs and weights.
Day 24:
Breakfast & Lunch snow day at work = pizza party {veggie pizza}
Dinner ummm so nice to cook, I felt like I haven't cooked a meal in a while {steamed asparagus/mashed potatoes/baked beans}
Changes Autumn loves the vegetarian dinners. She can't wait to have one with Cambry!
Day 25:
Breakfast & Lunch cold, cold, cold snowy day {cheddar/broccoli soup}
Dinner in house date night, Aaron's dinner pick {veggie stroganoff/garlic bread}
Changes Autumn & I had a great time cooking Beef stroganoff for dad and a separate veggie stroganoff for us!
Day 26:
Breakfast & Lunch love the weekends for trading in breakfast for sleep {toasted veggie sandwich}
Dinner UFC fight with friends {veggie trey/chips/crackers}
Changes so sad to not be able to eat the Holloway's hot wings :(
Day 27:
Breakfast & Lunch yey cooken for the fam {scrambled eggs/english muffin}
Dinner snack night {chips/pinto beans}
Changes ready to celebrate being able to eat meat but kinda scarred!!
Day 28:
Breakfast & Lunch home with a sick kid today {grilled cheese sandwich/avocado}
Dinner not hungry at all for dinner {PB&J}
Changes I'm scarred to eat meat!!!! I don't want to get sick!! ~Torn~
